Club Muse needed a facelift to send a proper message to its fans. A magazine styled theme was fully customized and progressively muted colors, simple navigation and a bolder statement were introduced.

By far the most comprehensive blog/website construct by Staticka to-date, www.DroidBehavior.com/blog displays all things past and current for the group of Los Angeles Techno moguls. This Wordpress customization took the original Techified theme by CheonNii and turned it into something reflective of the signature Droid style.

The return of Club Muse in 2010 was highly anticipated by both the music enthusiasts who used to frequent the spot and those involved. A new direction was to be headed with the night’s incorporation of Techno into the D&B mix. Visually, the branding was all about colorless geometry with clean lines and just a bit of texture on the flyer to give it an organic feel. The webpage is currently minimal with only the basics displayed, but future plans include a full Wordpress customization.

Kuru Artist Website – Customized Wordpress blog for DJ/producer duo Kuru out of Los Angeles. Site utilizes the platform’s plugin features and client-specific design needs via Photoshop and a reworked CSS file. The original theme can be viewed/compared at Elegant Themes.

DJ Machete Wordpress Blog – Active for years in the local D&B scene, DJ Machete was looking to create a hub for all of his doings in the form of a blog. The customized Wordpress theme utilizes the platform’s many features and plugins while maintaining a feel close to his musical background.

Valida HTML Website – Valida has built her reputation in the Los Angeles area by maintaining a specific aesthetic in all that she does. Her website was to incorporate all of her current affairs into a boutique kind of look. For this project, it was content inside of a billboard that proved to be the challenge. The website features an RSS Feed, Shadowbox image script, splash screen, Flash music player, and booking form.

Rinsed LA Logo & Flyer – Rinsed LA is an event hosted by B.O.B. Productions in DTLA. The backdrop for the long evening is the gritty streets of Los Angeles, which was what had to be replicated in both the flyer and logo. The print version was handed out at various events in the area. The web flyer was used on the splash page listed below (created by Staticka) and other networking sites.
